Judith Schector is a management and organizational consultant specializing in leadership development, strategic planning and team building. Judy has been consulting with individuals and organizations since mid-1980. She approaches her work as a consultant by providing services tailored for each client.

Judy’s experience includes management and supervision in several different organizations – both in the private and public sector. She has consulted with individuals and organizations representing a range of business types and sizes.

Judy is actively involved with Guide Dogs for the Blind, an organization that provides guide dogs and training free-of-charge to visually impaired people throughout North America.  Her involvement includes fund-raising events, coordinating volunteers for tours and in the gift shop, and she is the proud adopter of a retired guide dog named Pedro (pictured to the right).

Judy is also an associate member of Portland Mountain Rescue volunteering her time to support its mission of saving lives through rescue and education. She served as an officer of the Board of Directors for 7 years – first as Treasurer and then as Secretary.
